Hello and welcome to my blog about Sovereign!
Sovereign is a board game in which players create Houses of characters and vie for control of the land. However, what makes this game unique is that each game, all of your characters age by one generation. New characters are born, old characters die, castles are built, villages and cities developed, and the land and history change with your decisions.
The main idea behind Sovereign is that a group of players will create an intriguing history full of heroism, honor, betrayal and war. With each progressive game, legends will emerge as tales of conquest and adventure are told and told again, the best part being that these are all tales that you were a part of!
The game is currently in development and has seen three playtests. There's still a long way to go, so this blog will help keep track of what's going on and explain the game.
